Urgent Request for Refund and Account Access Resolution
The company dismissed my complaint and has still not given me access to the services they have been charging me for 2 years :(
I assumed it was a temporary issue, but it persisted for months.
To make matters worse, I just discovered I was charged again for the annual subscriptionwithout any prior noticedespite not having used the platform at all.
As a student working multiple jobs to make ends meet, this unexpected charge is incredibly frustrating. Ive reached out requesting a refund and help regaining access to my account, but the situation has left me disappointed and feeling taken advantage of.

Le 17 juin 2024, je me suis désabonné. Je m'étais inscrite le 26 janvier 2024 et n'ai jamais reçu 1 centime de votre part malgré les vues de mes photos.
Je n'ai plus accès au site et malgré mon désabonnement, je viens d'être débitée au 26 janvier 2025 et refuse le paiement.

da alcuni giorni sto riscontrando problemi nell'accedere al vostro sito **clickasnap.com**. Il problema si presenta su **tutti i miei dispositivi** (PC, smartphone e iPad), indipendentemente dal browser utilizzato.
Ho già provato i seguenti passaggi senza successo:
- Cancellare cache e cookie del browser
- Cambiare browser e dispositivo
- Provare con una rete Wi-Fi diversa e con i dati mobili
- Disabilitare VPN e AdBlocker

Refund of nearly $300 dollars
Clickasnap has made no effort to contact me. Issue has not been resolved.
I had to place a dispute with PayPal showing I've reached out to clickasnap. PayPal has stopped payment.
I cancelled I month after activation in 2022 and they are still charging me. Every time I try contacting them it leads to unable to send email, login to app, no contact number and information on how to actually contact them.
Before cancellation it would let me login to app but now I can't even do that. I can't prove I'm not using the service, so I can't stop it from drafting out my account.

They're not bothered to help. It's a complete scam.
The ad that I saw clearly advertised that you will get paid 0.40c per photo view (Screenshot attached). However, that is all fake, and that is what the scam is based on. They make you pay for a subscription so you get paid a better pay rate. When I noticed that I wasn't getting the right amount of reimbursement I contacted them and Sarah from customer care was quick to reply to my concern.
The problem is that her reply contained little valuable information, and insisted on validating the scam that their business is built upon, by saying that 0.40c means 4/10ths of a cent. Logically and figuratively it doesn't make any sense at all.
I have asked Sarah kindly to refund me the £59.99 and to cancel my account.
But she refused, and there is no other way on clickasnap website to cancel your account other than contacting customer care. I advised her that I will be reporting their company to Advertising Standard Authority UK with regards to the false advertisement, to which she never replied back.
This is a UK registered company and I will of course proceed with reporting this company to Consumer Trading Standards, Advertising Standards Authority and the Citizens Advice Bureau.

I signed up for a PRO plan for 7 pounds and added the minimum amount required for the withdrawal, which is 15 dollars. However, after some time, my withdrawal status was denied.
When I tried to contact support, I was met with a bot that informed me, '...your payment was declined for violating our guidelines...'. There was no analysis or help provided. Attempts to contact a human were fruitless as the page would simply reload without directing me anywhere. Do not fall for this scam.
I advise against spending money on this site, as you will surely regret it. I will leave a screenshot of the denied 15-dollar withdrawal as proof.

This company does not send reminder emails prior to the annual automatic deduction.
$80 was removed from my bank account at a most unfortunate time.
It is sad that they ask you to not only submit photographs, but also include tons of keywords and practically an entire essay for each photo. In essence, you are creating content for them, they reap the benefits and the photographers receive little to no monetary gain.
There is no easy way to cancel your subscription and the email address that shows up in the transaction details when they take your money is not a valid email address.
Do not fall for the viral social media video clips that claim you can make thousands by posting a photo there. It is a lie.
