You discount twice my money , from my account without my permission , i cant contact you in email or social media because ypu prevent messages and emails , so please refund me money or i will judge you .

I paid them what I believed to be an annual rate of $60. This month I find them trying to charge me nearly $80!
Thank goodness I had no money on my card for them to take!!
Now I'm trying to reach out to their support team to hit a URL roadblock. "Please make sure there's no typo."
Trying to cancel looks like a no-go.
A subscription should be easy to cancel.

I'm being ignored! I want the money deposited back into my account. Taking $101.83 more than you're supposed to is very unfair. I never would have downloaded this app if I had known.
I've been waiting days to hear back from someone about this issue.
What's taking so long? It took you less than 2 minutes to take my money.

If I had known you were going to take 101.83 more then you were supposed to I never would have downloaded this app. This is ridiculous and very unfair!

You have to remember you've subscribed. They do not send you a notice at all and will auto renew you on a random day of the same month you signed up for a year prior.
The day they charged me, I went to them and asked them not to and to send my momey back, that it was a mistake, that i didnt know it was on auto renewal, and i would not be able to use the service. I lost my job of 15 years due to disability, I can't even travel anymore to take photos. They refused. Told me to manage my own subscriptions.
i get it, I do, but a lot can happen to someone within a year. The fact that they had canned responses to my issue, and looking at other complaints, it's clear to see they do it all the time. Someone said this company is built on lies and theft, and they were not wrong.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS. IT'S A SCAM AND THEY ARE THEIVES.

Ive gotten rid of click a snap MONTHS ago and they are still charging $8.79 its so annoying Ive contacted them over and over again I just dont know what to do, it comes out every month on the 26th between 5 and 7 Im tired of it that app is dumb its basically a scam I know its only $8 but still its getting annoying!!!

On 5 sept 2023 , I upgraded my account to the pro plan, as confirmed by my receipt .
However, to my surprise, when I logged into my Clickasnap account today, I noticed that my account has been reverted to the free plan. This has left me confused and concerned, as I expected to have access to the features and benefits of the pro plan that I paid for.
I have been a loyal Clickasnap user and chose to upgrade to the pro plan to enhance my experience and utilize the premium features. It is disheartening to encounter this issue, and I am writing to kindly request your assistance in resolving it promptly.
I have attached a copy of my receipt for your reference ( send by email tosupport@***.freshdesk.com) , which clearly shows the upgrade to the pro plan. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and ensure that my account is appropriately set to the pro plan, as originally intended.
