This company does not send reminder emails prior to the annual automatic deduction.
$80 was removed from my bank account at a most unfortunate time.
It is sad that they ask you to not only submit photographs, but also include tons of keywords and practically an entire essay for each photo. In essence, you are creating content for them, they reap the benefits and the photographers receive little to no monetary gain.
There is no easy way to cancel your subscription and the email address that shows up in the transaction details when they take your money is not a valid email address.
Do not fall for the viral social media video clips that claim you can make thousands by posting a photo there. It is a lie.

1500 views and no pay out
I got over 1500 views but no pay out and only 3 dollars that's counted for. The fact that you can't talk to no one on the phone says you don't want to really help customers or improve things about your company.

I would inform the crimes and fraud department because this is so unfair.

They encourage you to sign up to be able to upload more photos, because with the free function you practically only earn $1 for every 1000 views.
So I signed up for a £3 per month subscription (strange thing, you pay GBP but get USD).
The minimum earnings to be paid is $15, I reached it in a week and then requested payment, which was declined.
I contacted virtual assistance because it is impossible chat with a real operator, and it said my posts didn't comply with the guidelines, without specifying exactly what point; when it comes to money you have to talk clear as possible. My posts were simply photos of cars (taken by professionals).
Impossible to recover the money, no one answers.

Scammers!
I paid them what I believed to be an annual rate of $60. This month I find them trying to charge me nearly $80!
Thank goodness I had no money on my card for them to take!!
Now I'm trying to reach out to their support team to hit a URL roadblock. "Please make sure there's no typo."
Trying to cancel looks like a no-go.
A subscription should be easy to cancel.

I'm being ignored! I want the money deposited back into my account. Taking $101.83 more than you're supposed to is very unfair. I never would have downloaded this app if I had known.
I've been waiting days to hear back from someone about this issue.
What's taking so long? It took you less than 2 minutes to take my money.

Read your original agreement. You agreed to the "automatic renewal" clause.
You'll find it with a magnifying glass somewhere near the middle/end of the agreement.
These require a written cease and desist notice of a minimum of 30 days prior to the onset of the "new" billing period. It is a miserable sneaky way to keep customers and is common practice as well.

If I had known you were going to take 101.83 more then you were supposed to I never would have downloaded this app. This is ridiculous and very unfair!

You have to remember you've subscribed. They do not send you a notice at all and will auto renew you on a random day of the same month you signed up for a year prior.
The day they charged me, I went to them and asked them not to and to send my momey back, that it was a mistake, that i didnt know it was on auto renewal, and i would not be able to use the service. I lost my job of 15 years due to disability, I can't even travel anymore to take photos. They refused. Told me to manage my own subscriptions.
i get it, I do, but a lot can happen to someone within a year. The fact that they had canned responses to my issue, and looking at other complaints, it's clear to see they do it all the time. Someone said this company is built on lies and theft, and they were not wrong.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS. IT'S A SCAM AND THEY ARE THEIVES.

Ive gotten rid of click a snap MONTHS ago and they are still charging $8.79 its so annoying Ive contacted them over and over again I just dont know what to do, it comes out every month on the 26th between 5 and 7 Im tired of it that app is dumb its basically a scam I know its only $8 but still its getting annoying!!!

You state that your photos were taken by professionals, which probably means that they were not taken by you; therefore, you have broken the site rules and are not entitled to any payment.
I've been a member of ClickAsnap for 12 months, and any problems I have encountered have quickly been resolved by sending an email to support! This morning they paid £85 into my PayPal account, which took me a little over a month to earn!
